The name of the designer hotel in Barcelona is derived from a blend of the words SOFT and HOT, representing a multiplicity of effects and visual stimuli that are both eye-pleasing and aesthetically engaging. Both soft and hot features are manifested throughout in the form of stylish and highly original backdrops and unique designs, which turn the interior space into an ideal setting for couples looking for a special touch to add to their stay in Barcelona. The trendy design of Hotel Soho in Barcelona is based on the simplicity of modern lines and the contrast of different styles. Retro elements compete with total modernity: the hotel lobby boasts white Verner Panton lamps, the iconic 60s pop lighting fixture, made with plastic pearls that sway to the rhythms in the air of the hotel’s lively and sparkling atmosphere. Thanks to the artistic vision of Franc Aleu, guests are absorbed by a vibrant set of luminous methacrylate panels modeled to take the shape of the human body (a hand, ear, face, torso…) Black is the baseline color that marks all interior spaces and mixes with warm colors like red, orange, and violet.
